On August 5 the U.S. Department of Transportation announced it had set up a toll-free telephone hotline for disabled air travelers who were having problems with airlines or airports. This new hotline is a place to report or discuss disability air travel service problems.

If you are disabled and have had or are experiencing a problem using air travel, phone 1 899 266 1368 (voice) or 1 866 754 4368 (TTY).
