A "Ticket to Work Town Hall Meeting" was held April 24 at the Workforce Development Conference in Austin, Texas, where participants could learn more about the program and how it is currently functioning. The participants in states that are currently part of the nationwide program are positive about the impact it has had. Mary Satterfield, Marketing Manager for the MAXIMUS Ticket to Work Program was present at the meeting and said that, "We’re pleased with the anecdotal data. The common denominator in the calls we’re receiving is hope. This program is something that’s going to empower beneficiaries and their families."
