USA Funds has announced it is reserving up to 50% of its college scholarship awards for applicants with physical disabilities or who are members of an ethnic minority group. This national scholarship program provides awards of $1500 to full-time students who demonstrate financial need. Scholarships of $750 are available for half-time undergraduate students.

The scholarships can be applied to an accredited two or four year college, university, vocational/technical school or graduate school. To qualify for financial need, the family of the applicant must have an adjusted gross income of $35,000 or less.
